ESTAMODE celebrates 80 years of industrial growth, innovation and international expansion
ESTAMODE is celebrating its 80th anniversary, marking eight decades of industrial development from Zaragoza and the beginning of a new stage focused on technological capabilities, productive investment and international growth.
The milestone has also attracted media attention in Spain, highlighting the role of a company whose components are present in applications ranging from elevators and household appliances to automotive and other advanced industrial systems. Today, ESTAMODE combines this long-standing manufacturing experience with an increasingly international outlook and a clear focus on the future of the European electromechanical industry.
80 years of industrial evolution
Founded in Zaragoza in 1946, ESTAMODE has evolved from a local family-owned company into an internationally oriented industrial specialist in components for electric motors and generators.
Over the decades, the company has progressively expanded its capabilities and markets, developing expertise in magnetic laminations and high-precision stamping for demanding applications including automotive, household appliances, industrial equipment, e-mobility and HVAC. More than 60% of its sales currently come from international markets, reflecting the growing European dimension of the business.
The anniversary represents an opportunity to recognise this industrial legacy while also looking towards the next stage of development.
As Jorge Beschinsky, CEO of ESTAMODE, has explained during this anniversary year, the company is entering a new phase built on the heritage accumulated over decades while strengthening its professionalisation and continuing to grow alongside its teams and customers.
Investment and new technological capabilities
The institutional anniversary event held at ESTAMODE’s facilities in Zaragoza brought together representatives of the Government of Aragon, together with leading organisations from the regional industrial, technological and business ecosystem, companies and industry partners.
During the event, ESTAMODE also presented its new welding station, one of the investments accompanying a broader process of strengthening its productive and technological capabilities.
The development reflects a strategy focused on maintaining a competitive European manufacturing base while continuing to improve efficiency, technical capability and the ability to respond to increasingly demanding industrial projects.
STEMA TECH and a stronger European industrial platform
One of the most significant developments in this anniversary year has been the integration of STEMA TECH into ESTAMODE Group, reinforcing the group’s European presence and expanding the range of complementary capabilities available to customers.
STEMA TECH contributes more than 50 years of experience in high-precision tooling, progressive dies and tooling solutions for electric motor and advanced industrial applications. Its integration strengthens the group’s industrial ecosystem while allowing STEMA TECH to maintain its technical specialisation and identity as a precision manufacturer.
The combination of ESTAMODE’s expertise in magnetic components and electrical steel processing with STEMA TECH’s tooling know-how creates a broader industrial platform designed to support manufacturers across the electrification value chain.
